For longer stays there are discounts. Information is provided by the information board at the landing field or the tourist office Sand in Taufers. 0474 678 076<\/p>\n<h3>Landing place in Sand in Taufers<\/h3>\n<p>At the landing place there is a restaurant, a cafe and the local indoor pool CASCADE with natural swimming pool.<\/p>\n<h3>Soaring conditions in Ahornach<\/h3>\n<p>At the starting point in the evening there are upwinds from the approaching valley wind. Soaring flights up to the mountain tops are possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Starting place in Ahornach<\/h3>\n<p>From Sand in Taufers drive in direction Rein in Taufers and then turn left towards Ahornach. It is well signed. The paraglider place is still outside the village Ahornach. Shortly before the starting place is a crossing, at which the starting place is marked. (turn left!)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alternatively, a taxi service is available for smaller groups<\/strong> &#8211; phone number at the information board at the landing field.<\/p>\n<p>Another alternative is the public bus from Sand in Taufers to Ahornach. If you choose an accommodation that is a member of the tourism association, you will receive the Holidaypass Premium from your accommodation. With this card you can travel all over South Tyrol by bus and train for free.
