ORGANIC MOUNTAIN FARM AWARD FOR US<\/span><\/h3>[vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1495340912113{margin-bottom: 35px !important;}” el_class=”separator”]In 2016, we were awarded with the South Tyrolean Mountain Farmers Award<\/strong>. Our farm counts with 102 points of difficulties as an extremely difficult to manage organic mountain farm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We have 15 cows and deliver our organic milk<\/strong> to the Sterzing Dairy<\/strong>. Since 1 January 2017, our organic milk may be named “hay milk<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

A special feature of hay milk<\/strong> is, that the cows do not get silage<\/strong>. Hay milk has approx. twice the value of omega-3 fatty acids as normal, conventional milk.
